Hello Pastors and Parents!
I’m so excited for our upcoming Central Pacific District Pastors' Kids Retreat! I’m very thankful to our Supervisors Pastors Bill and Beth Chaney and to our district for making this available to the pastors' kids in our district for free! Below you will find some helpful information for our upcoming retreat. This will be a weekend filled with fun and fellowship for our PKs! This is a chance to bless the pastors' kids for all of their sacrifice and sharing of their parents with those who need to know Jesus! Below is an overview of our weekend. NOTE: THIS IS FOR CPD LICENSED PASTORS' KIDS 6th-12th GRADES ONLY.BEFORE FRIDAY, MARCH 29th (2 weeks prior to event): Please download, complete and sign the required forms identified under the "Forms" tab. Then scan in and email them to email@example.com. These forms must be completely filled out and received before your child can attend. Also let us know by Friday, March 29th if there are any food allergies that we need to be aware of.
Drop off instructions Friday, April 12th: Please be aware that Friday evenings in the bay area have very heavy traffic, please allow for extra travel time. We would like to begin check-in promptly at 5:00pm (Please do not be late as the gate will close after they walk us into the park.) From Hwy 37 get onto Fairgrounds Drive, make the first right-hand turn into the Employee/ Service parking lot. This puts you in a parking lot adjacent to Medusa (the green and purple roller coaster). Follow the parking lot all the way around to the right. Find a parking spot closest to the security gate and we will meet you at the Human Resources building at 5:00 pm. PLEASE STAY UP ON SIDEWALK.
Pick up instructions Saturday, April 13th: Please plan on meeting us at 5:00pm at the front drop off/pick up round-about. (This is not the same location as you dropped off on Friday). When they leave the park at this time, they will not have been provided dinner.

Friday April 12th4:30 PM Leaders arrive at Six Flags Vallejo (Follow instruction on Retreat Info)5:00 PM PK's arrive at Six Flags (Follow drop-off instructions). Please try to not be late.
